- Kaplan accepts returns of unused products only.
- All returns are at the discretion of management, who reserves the right to deny any return for any reason
- 30 day return period
- 25% RESTOCKING fee for any returns
- refund turnaround time dependant on the form of original payment – usual 7-10 business days
- shipping cost to send any returns back to the customer is at the expense of the customer
